Before we know it, the dreaded japanese beetle will be upon us. They love to get your roses, leaves of hardy hibiscus, rose of sharon, etc. This product sold at Lowes works the best for me. It is waterproof in 30 minutes and also works on the orange beetle that decimates your lillys. I spray it once as soon as I see any beetle and they don’t seem to ever get my plants. If I happen to see another beetle at a later date I do a second round however most times I don’t need to.
